With the help of the International Organization for Prevention of Cruelty on Animals and Plants we started the project “Eco- houses for our birds” in our school Voltino.
This school year we built houses and feeding grounds for the birds. We put them on the trees situated in two gardens in the inner yard of our school. Tits, blackbirds, turtle-doves and sparrows have been gathering in the gardens ever since.
During winter months we paid special attention to the feeding grounds, so that the birds would never be left without food.
